My husband and I (and our little baby daughter) found this company's customer service really excellent in a world that often has forgotten about the customer - especially with online companies. We found the website really easy to book from, and then when we need to change our details (as happens with a small baby!) we quickly spoke to a REAL person, based in the UK, who was very friendly, informative and understood our needs immediately. I discovered this website when I was searching for the best price for our holidays. I am not the best when it comes to tecnhology and computers, but their website is so easy to use, it was a piece of cake! I was very pleased with how quickly we received our confirmation and will definately be using it again! The have great offer displays and the booking process was fast,easy and simple. Wow great site, booking was so simple, much better than some of the other disney sites out there and boy have i looked this was so easy to use and showed all the great offers. We booked a fab discount too as they had great discounts on this site so superb! cannot wait to take the kids over the school hols they will be so excited! woo hoo and thanks to the staff who when i called with a quick question were fab too! cannot wait to get away from this rain and go with my kids (read more)
