This was our first time that we needed a visa prior to travelling abroad and were a little daunted with the process, but visa genie made it all easy and straightforward. The online form which you complete is easy enough, but if you do have any queries you can pick up the phone and someone will help you. You then send the application form which they email to you along with your passport and photo, when they receive them they notify of payment to be made. The whole process took only a week. We would definitely use their services again.
