Recommended to use Visa Genie for a visa to India by my sister who frequently arranges business visas for her employer.

The service was exactly how she described it "friendly and very efficient".

I found the visa requirement advice on the Indian visa web site to be a somewhat difficult to work out and was not sure whether I would get it all correct. The Visa Genie e-form was simple and when submitted I got an immediate email response of receipt.

I had to call Visa Genie a couple of times for my own clarification once the draft visa form was sent to me and the response was friendly and efficient.

What impressed me most was the speed of service and the fact that I was updated by email to let me know where my application was in the process.

I will certainly recommend Visa Genie to family and friends.
