Absolutely no complaints with visagenie at all. I had less than a month until I needed a visa and I was busy with a lot of other things too. So I was recommended visagenie, filled in the simple form and sent my passport off for them to do all the hard complicated work. I also liked the passport photo service, it was a lot easier and cheaper to send a photo by email than go to a booth and spend £5 on a photo for them.

I completely recommend the service and I would use it again. It's a shame they don't sort your vaccinations, packing and flights for you too!
