The service was prompt and efficient. I had previously spent ages on a competitors site trying to complete their form which would not move to the next page, no matter what I did. In frustration, despite Visagenie being slightly dearer (though not a lot), I decided to pay the difference to go with them instead. It was worth every penny as it was completely hassle free. I completed their simple form and they then use the details provided on that to complete the official form for you.

I also rang with a query about whether I needed to put every place I was visiting. This call was answered immediately.My only regret is that I didn't just go straight to them in the first place!
