It was very easy to use. Visas arrived 24 hrs later. It's just expensive. There should be some discount for multiple visas. Charged special delivery on all 4 visas but still shoved all 4 in one envelope. So if they charged why then do not send all of them individually. Annoyed. (read more)

This is my first time visiting Cuba. This site made it so easy to apply for my Tourist Visitor Card. It came by Royal Mail special delivery in a few days. They even sent me a email to tell me it was on its way, so I could be in to receive it. Great service and I will certainly use them again. Dear Sir or Madam,
It is true you can get a tourist visa at Cuba (you wont be evicted from Cuba) but we can reassure you that most airlines will deny boarding if you dont present a tourist visa. Just because we run a travel company as well we have seen this far too many times and it could be very costly. You can get a visa from Virgin Atlantic (if they have in stock) but if they dont, boarding will be denied. Airlines get fined if passengers arrive without a valid tourist visa. Take our advice ... :)

i,ve used your service 3 or 4 times now, and you always deliver on time. unless you book with a travel agent for a package holiday to cuba, you have to buy your own visa. i always fly with virgin, and if anyone is considering flying flight only with them, check their link to purchasing a visa with their preferred ' visa partner'. you'll quickly return to visacuba. I wanted to get 2 visas to go to cuba, i found the online process easy to follow and fill in. I then rang them up as the confirmation e-mail had gone into my spam folder, and they were very helpful on the phone and checked all my details. The visas then arrived a couple of days later as promised. My friend and I were panicking as our travels commence next friday and we hadn't got a visa yet! Thought we were going to be heading to the consulate in London but Visacuba saved us. Easy to do online, with normal postage it took a week to arrive, I've heard that if you fly Virgin you can do it at the airport, but its still £20, and if their systems are down you won't be going on holiday. This service is better than waiting at the embassy. (read more)

On previous visits to Cuba I have always flown there via CanCun in Mexico. So all I had to do was get a Visa at Cancun Airport. This time I am flying from the UK,so obviously needed to apply for a Visa online or go down to London and apply in person.
