Recently booked for my wife, young son and myself to go to LA. Very happy with the price via their website however upon booking you need to preselect seats via the Virgin Atlantic website. Sadly in order to be seated together as a family which you would obviously want when flying..you have to pay another £150 for this so called privilege. What a complete joke and just more money grabbing by these travel companies with no concern for their customers. Sadly however many airlines seemingly have introduced these hidden fees. Very poor practice!
