WE BOOKED OUR HOTEL AND FLIGHT INSTORE couldnt fault it agent logged on all our special requests as it was my wifes 65th birthday we had a great flight service could not be faulted but on arrivel after waiting to pick up our luggage we went to introduce ourselves to our virgin rep we were dismissed very quickly with hurry give ur name to we never caught her name and get on shuttle we went to lady concerned who thrust a piece of paper into our hands and with hardly acknowlwging us thrust a pce of paper in our hands ringed a couple of supposedly useful details about where intro meeting would be and said follow him nodding to shuttle driver before we left my wife spoke to our resort rep dwana via e mail again repeating our special requests she e mailed bk to say it was all noted and though not guarenteed it would b passed on and could we also do same at hotel on arrival at hotel not only were requests not met we were given a totally unappropiate room had to go bk to reception to request another key did not wk bk down again then when key put in door we found someone else was using room two more attempts before we were given a suitable room no thanksto virgin holiday service moral of story dont ask for special requests no notice taken and dont expect any service on arrival from reps uy will be dissapointed
