Virgin are happy to take your money when booming excursions but when a problem occurs, then they basically do not want to know! We were 6 minutes late for catching a coach taking us on a £350 excursion due to no fault of our own and because the coach went without us, we were unable to get a refund. They had my mobile number but left a message on our hotel answer phone telling us to meet at another destination. Obviously we didn't get this message because we were on our way to the original pick up point. All we got offered was a pathetic free meal. We have proof of why we were late, yet they still won't refund us. This totally ruined a surprise birthday present for my hubby and our overall holiday. Virgin couldn't give a t0ss.
