Easy to book now wait and see what we will get!

My first problem was to find the login box - this was hidden behind the Rental Logo down the bottom right hand corner of the page. It should be clearly labelled as - Login Here - and at the top of the page The colour of the pages is a nightmare - gray background, black type, and red that is virtually impossible to see against the background. Yes, two and a half hours wrestling with a situation that should go like clockwork. Check out Amazon I can buy an object there in 5 minutes I still do not know if I have paid for my holiday .I assume so as page came up that repeated my reference number. The actual holiday information was fine and the site works fine - apart from colour and trying to pay

First we got tricked by the host. The house we booked was apparently overbooked and the one we got was an awful replacement. Really dirty and sticky, with lots of cockroaches and hair and a pool you don't want to dip your toe in. The are was rather a dump than a neighborhood. We later found out that the house we booked is rented out permanently and is not available at all. These hosts do the same trick with everybody. Then we got tricked by villa renters. Our review doesn't show up. For sure we wrote a bad review. These hosts do not deserve to have any more guests. But for some reason our review does not appear on the villa renters webpage. Only 2 very positive ones are visible and the house is booked throughout the next year. You can't trust villa renters at all and your holidays can be a real nightmare

Mainly due to the fact that we were not happy with one minor aspect of the booking, the villa was too far from the Parks, the area was not great, the villa was sub standard. Well you know we're quite hard to please by now. Ok that's a given as I am sure most of you are looking for value for money but without compromising your standards? I found a villa this year 2014 which ticks all our boxes, great location 15-20 mins away, zip wiring 30 mins away, sky diving 40 mins away and shops 2mins away. Best of all it was the cleanest villa we have had the pleasure of staying at in all the years of visiting the US. It is a real bonus when you open the door for the first time and say WOW? Thank you Villarenters and very many thanks to Mr Stevens for letting us stay in your lovely Villa? Oh and best of all we just booked for the same time next year because for the first time this Villa is all we could hope for and too good not to come again next year.

I have used villarenter at least 4 times now to book Greek Villas. Easy to use, emails tell you exactly when you need to pay, fill in arrival details etc. Payment is safe. Cannot fault them.

This is the first time that I have used your company. The website was good, clear to use. Email prompts were timely. Efficient service. Hope the weather is good for our holiday and the villa lives up to its photographs!

We have booked a 2 week vacation in Isla Plana, Spain and the process so far has been very easy. I hope that our holiday goes as swimmingly as the booking. Will re-assess in October.

Simple to use and simple to pay - a good experience - Will use again

This is our fourth reservation using this site and we have always found it very easy to use. There have never been any problems and we would certainly recommend it.

very good website, booked a villa through villarenters last year and was vary pleased!came back and put a deposit down in september on another villa for august this year, web site easy to use and safe!always get quick replies to any questions I asked, the only negative thing was! I wish I could have paid off the price of the villa a little at a time after paying the deposit instead of paying the deposit then the rest of the payment 7 weeks before traveling! pay as you go would make the process perfect!!!

Rented a Villa near Dubrovnik, couldn't have been simpler. The site is well laid out and simple to use, the live chat option is a nice touch too. Owner contacted us saying unfortunately our 1st choice was not available, but his other properties were - so we booked one of them. Payment was a doddle too, liked the deposit and pay later option which allowed us to spread the cost. Very happy with the website.

This is the first time I have used VillaRenters and have been very pleased at the clear layout of the web site, the information provided on the villas, and processes for deposits and payments. I would use them again.

Nothing more to say really, just what I expected. You don't want or need hassle and I never got it.

Fantastic site, really easy to understand what is available and even easier to book. Everything is shown in all the detail you could possibly need - for me two bathrooms are best when you are two adult couples sharing an apartment. Fabulous choice for big or small families and a must if you are a family attending a wedding. Will come here first in the future when looking for accomodation.

Have booked thru villa renters a number of times without problem but latest booking was difficult because we ended up booking at the 4th attempt as our chosen properties were not available even though the dates on the site shown that they were. It seems that some owners don't update their details promptly which is really inconvenient. However payments are easily made and you feel confident that your funds are safe.
