“NICE VILLA - BAD LOCATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Just returned from Villa Jable after 2 weeks, of which 9/10 days we were left sitting on old, dirty, ripped, smelly sofas, which we were advised had been put in the villa 3 months ago to replace the old ones shown online as they were 10 years old. The owner did order a new sofa and a chair which arrived 9 days after we arrived. It then took 3 hours to unpack them and place them in the villa only to find the sofa cover was missing. The maid arrived the following day with a throw for the sofa which was to small and was still on the sofa when we left !

The villa is very nice and well maintained. However, it is located on a very bust road at crossroads, where there was a bin area and delevery zone for one of the many complexs which surround the villa. The effect of this was that whenever a lorry, bus etc passed or turned the occupants looked into the villas, so there was little privacy. The was also used as a turning point for nearly every car. In addition to this we were upset to find that the villa had a apartment attached to the rear, which was set at bedroom level of Villa Jable and Villa Jandia so when we went to bed we were awoken by the guests/tenants staying there.

Whilst the villa was clean and well presented, we found the stairs down to the bedrooms were steep and the bedrooms had very small windows, which were some 8 feet off the ground. This is a concern as there is no fire escape other than the stairs to the lounge area. In the event of a fire upstairs there would be no means of escape !
