Worst Hotel Ever

We have booked at the hotel Playmar(St Illiot-Majorca) through your website last summer.We had 2 rooms and we were supposed to stay 15 nights!!!but the place was terrible,the rooms were the worst we have ever seen :dirty,old ,full of ants...we ended up stay 2 nights ,only the time we needed to find another accomodation(which wasn't that easy,considered that it was end of July...in the highest season of the year.!most of the hotels were fully booked). We have wasted lots of money plus the hassle which you don't need if you are planning a relaxing holiday + travelling with young children...The staff wasn't helpful at all;after our suggestion they moved us to another room but it wasn't any better...when I think of what happened we have very bad memories.The rooms and the hotel weren't at all anything like the images you put on your website and that made us book that place...We can never afford the poshest hotels or 5 stars but we have been to many 3 stars hotels and even 2 and nothing was as bad as that hotel....I wouldn't recommended at all
