Service from Ulook Ubook was great & efficient, transfers went without a hitch, the only down side we really found was the accomodation itself, not the rooms or the position of the accomodation, as this was perfect, what really put a dampner on the holiday was that a company from Holland took over a majority of rooms for a couple of months (they were going to be there for a couple of weeks after we left & then would return later in the year for another couple of months) in order to run a health & fitness program for Dutch people, they take over the pool & entrance area to have excercise classes twice daily, so you felt very uncomfortable being around at that time of day, we would retreat to our room or go for a walk whilst this was going on...nobody was poorly behaved or said anything untoward but it was a sense of being in the way that made you feel that you shouldn't be around. We viewed on several occasions, new comers arriving, the children being excited about the pool, running to get changed to find that by the time they had gotten back down to the pool it had been taken over by a group of women doing Aqua Aerobics. I could understand if there were several pools & this company took over 1 pool whilst leaving another for the other guests but when it's the only pool on the development, it really wasn't fair. There is a sister hotel across the road, but why should we go over there when our booking was specifically in a smaller development on purpose, I understand Ulook Ubook were probably not informed of this other company & have no specific gripes with Ulook Ubook. We were also woken up at 6am every morning or earlier by the guests above dragging furniture, walking heavily etc, this was also an issue but again beyond your control - we know next time to ask for a room on the top level.

On the whole a very good booking experience with a company I knew nothing about...Well done & Kind Regards to the team
