what a stressful booking from start to finish.booked flight, hotel and transfers online with ulook ubook.
booked online, the next day got a call to say the flights never got booked, broken link or something like that, when rebooked there was hidden or small print charges, but did not notice this till i checked my bank account. and when i phoned to query the extra charges they sent me breakdown cost of flights and discovered the names were wrong on the tickets, so i had to phone them back to sort name change out at a cost of £150, not by me but the agent that origionally booked my flight tickets.
All in all it would have been better to book flights and hotel by myself it would of been cheaper and without the hassle.
