The itinerary was well thought out but still allowed time to be spontaneous and deviate to other places. The accommodation was first class throughout and all personnel at meeting points were friendly, polite, professional and efficient.
Because of all of the above, there was very little stress involved with picking up cars, catching trains and ferries, so all of the travel was relaxing and part of a very enjoyable holiday.
The New Zealand Sky voucher system worked very well which again made it effortless from our point of view.
The only thing that I would have changed, would be to check how many flights too and from our holiday destination. Four flights home, meant that we spent too long hanging around airports and became a tiring 36 hour journey home.
