Poor quality hotels, bad location. useless tour guide gave us no help. his comment was [ it was a 2 star tour aimed at the lower end of the market
3 hotel changes to low quality hotels in isolated locations.
If we had known of these changes we would not have booked the holiday with you.
It was misrepresentation , and we are sending a written complaint in to your self`s we are also contacting trading standards and bbc tv don't get done in the sun. if no response from you within 28 days
