Last Oct we went to kerala, which was booked by trip login. We had a wonderful trip with triplogin. The resort was outstanding. All the facilities given was so nice. The house boat which was provided to us was fantastic. Our guide was a fun loving person. He made our trip extra worthwhile by cracking jokes at each and every place, and taken us to the right places for shopping. Over all it was memorable journey. I will surely recommend them to my friends.

Outstanding company. They were always on time, pleasant, informative and delivered a wonderful experience. Priyanka called me during our travels. I was amazed with this kind of customer follow up. Surely revisit them in future.

We had our Kerala Trip arranged thru' Trip login. The programme was nicely charted out along with their travel manager both for our travel & stay. The hotels for stay had nice location & were very clean. Also the vehicles provided for travel were very comfortable. Really a reasonable travel agency for persons looking for budget travels.

This was the first time we choose this travel company for our tour and had some basic expectations from the company. But I must admit that I have experienced a terrible journey due to their unprofessionalism. First of all, there was no reminder even to do the payment and we were following up with the travel agent to do that. When we reached at the airport, we met our driver who dint even understand neither English nor Hindi. Moreover he was very arrogant with the worst driving skills. He took around 10 hours to take us from Munnar to Kovalam wheras in our package it was mentioned that it is around 6 hours journey. On the last day of our trip, we had to take a flight from Kochi. Thanks to our driver that he took almost 7 hours to take us from Varkala to Kochi. They stopped taking our calls too. Hotels booked for us: 1) Deep Woods Resort, Munnar: A long 12 km drive from Munnar and even the location is not good with really no scenic view. Hotel room alloted to us was so secluded that we denied to take that one. 2) Beach Flora Inn, Kovalam: I thought atleast second hotel must be good. But this time it was too much, they dint even have a room booked for us and asked us to shift to some different hotel.. Crazy..is in't it? After travelling good long 10 hours to Kovalam from Munnar, when we wanted to relax, the hotel staff behaved so badly. So we had to spend one night in some different room and another day we shifted back to our booked hotel. On top of that, when we were checking out, hotel staff asked us that money is not paid so please pay for that..we were shocked as we had already paid the money. 3) Casa Eva Luna Homestay, Varkala: The place was good and well maintained. But the way to the homestay was really narrow and in fact it was very distant from the Varkala Beach. There was no other Indian also in this homestay, so we decided to book anothe hotel for us as this was the last destination of our trip and we dint want to spoil it because of TripLogin. So we paid money from our pocket and booked it ourself on the last moment. This was the first and last time I booked it from this travel company. Guys, it’s better to plan yourself rather than wasting your money on them. Good Luck!!!
