Decided to travel to Thailand with the Fiance. Looked around with a few companies and settled on Tripfinders as a close friend recommended them. I booked my business flight to Delhi with a Hotel stay in Gurgaon. Spoke to a staff member and advised I prefer dealing on email which he readily agreed to and also advised me with a Skype channel. I got a good quality service throughout the booking process and liked the fact that I was given time to make decisions, no hard and fast sales and I got all facts.
