i bought my 2 air tickets from deepika khatri on 1/20/14 for united airlines.i was told 2 tickets at short notice as my mom passed away will cost me 3000dollars.iwas misinformed that flight is full so it will cost me more. flight from newark to delhi was half empty.you took advantage of my situation.you should be ashamed of yourself for making money because of my situation.i will never do business with you again and i will tell everybody i know of this experience with your company.

Please accept our sincere sympathy on the tragic death of your mother.

The fares are not dependent on the seat vacancy but depends the time of booking as well.Fares gets revised as we approach to our travel dates.As per the visa status we provided the best option available.The vacant seats were available on higher fare what we offered.
