We booked a Holiday to China to leave in October 2014.
When we first booked they took the deposit over the phone, which was fine. we then received the invoice, but never an itinerary.
In the past 2 days I received the bill for the final amount, still no itinerary with hotel details etc.
I rang them up to ask for it, as we need all the hotel details to apply for the Chinese Visa, having a list of all the hotels is a requirement for the visa application.
the answer I received was that they will have to charge us £10,00 to sent these details, even though we are paying £8500.00 for the holiday.
I think this is totally unacceptable.
We will never use Travelsphere again.
We wont be able to check any of these hotels out on the web either, if we don't know where we are staying.Makes you wonder if they are ok!
