Never got e ticket! Booked a MNL to HKG flight with card. They took my money but as of this typing, no e ticket after 3 hrs. Who is the clowns who are working at their centers. If it's where I think it is ( Manila), I will go to the center and douse out the cigarettes of the agents who take 30 min smoke breaks and forget what they were working on. :( … Read Full Review

I booked a clients friend from Traveloka since they have the, "cheapest rate of this specific hotel". The guest plans to extend and wanrs to go through us since theres a wedding coming. We use traveloka for the Hotel Extension. The day before the big problem we have been in touch with the CS here in the PH because of the app abd website issue weve been exp. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Do not use this company if you are not indonesian, they will lie to you and cheat you. After a terrible experience with them and a huge inconvenience they caused their solution was to offer a $15 voucher. i tried to purchase tickets but you cant pay using credit card, foreign credit card and local debit card ! customer service is good but its worthless if your payment system is so bad and cant allow you to do online payment ! whats the use of this site if you cant purchase online ???!!! dont use it !!!… Read Full Review

That's happened too to my husband credit card. They blocked suddenly and share to others travel online. The Supervisor was hiding and not give solutions instead ask $15 again if we want their help. Traveloka is a big Travel online Mafia !!!

“Traveloka unable to process 'foreign' credit cards”

First time attempt to use Traveloka. All good through the booking process, actually quite smooth and streamlined) but the (Visa) credit card transaction failed (multiple times). I tried a different credit card with the same result. Tried six hours later, tried next day... same result. I spent one hour on chat with Traveloka and the 'service representative' could not explain the problem in either English or Bahasa Indonesia. She simply kept saying to try again. Did traveloka refund ur card?? Because this same thing just happened to me and now my account is drained from all the attempts of buying the ticket!

No the transactions were approved by the bank, but were not processed by Traveloka, so no money was actually taken from my account. Good luck with getting your refund - your credit card provider should cover you.

i just about to buy flight tickets from this traveloka website. But im afraid if the things that happened to you happen to me too. Yesterday i spoke to the service representative and according to him for malaysia they only accept two method of payments which is by using credit card and maybank2u online banking. Do you think its possible to be happen the same like yours if i make the payment by using credit card? please give some advice. thanks!

Traveloka has TERRIBLE customer service! I repeat.. TERRIBLE. I tried to purchase using credit card, went through, but didn't get my ticket. The next day, I called, they said, the transaction was cancelled. There was NO notification. They didn't do anything else, they just simply said, just buy another one. I was like... you idi*ot!
