1. Made a reservation SIN/VTE via BKK 3RD 23/4/2017 on TG and return leg VTE/SIN on VN via HAN on 25/4/2017 with "Refundable" status on both legs. 2. My meeting schedule was changed so I cancelled the trip and requested for the refund. “Extremely unsatisfied with the Customer Service ”

Purchased my flight wrongly and unable to get refund (I had spoken with a few CS - some of them said I could get refund some of them said its not applicable) and it had me waste so much time trying to call them for refund/rescheduling my flight. They could not liase with the airline to give me a cheaper fee. The fee for reschedule is actually higher than buying the whole new ticket! “Unfair Trading Practice”

Traveloka is guilty of selling under false pretenses. My wife booked a return Air Asia flight for two passengers from Denpasar to Singapore on 5th April 2017 (Dep 10 Apr ret 16th Apr). The total price shown throughout the transaction was just over IDR 4.000.000. However after the payment online was processed, the bank informed us that the actual cost exceeded the stated price by over 2 million rupiah. First the app began stating that the payment DIDN'T go through. I checked my info and rechecked it, tried again a total of 4 times. To my surprise it still said that the payment didn't go through. However, my bankstatement disagreed. It had a total of 4 withdrawals from my account from Traveloka. Yet I have 0 tickets. decided to try this site as it's being recommended by a friend to find a cheap domestic flight. I did find a cheap flight from Bandung to Lombok, and things went smoothly until I arrived in the payment page. My dad passed away on February 20. I had booked 5 pax hotel and flights for our Team Outing to Jakarta that same day. Which of course we had to cancel. I straight sent an email to Traveloka to inform them. The answer I got back? No refund if cancelation is made after 18 Feb!! How could anybody know when your dad is going to pass away? “Frustrating, just frustrating”

Online experience was smooth until payment and then customer service. Upon payment, I tried to use my credit card...I got an authorization code from my bank, I entered it, then Traveloka responded with "Unsuccessful. Try another payment type." But the charge was made to my bank. I called my bank (in America) and they said everything was fine on their end as the charge was allowed. I called Traveloka three times with no resolution. I should've read your comment before hand. Same thing happened to me today. I called their CS and it went through, probably because I do speak Indonesian. Spoke to the CS agent, but it's just like talking to a "robot". Like this agent's just reading a script on how to response.
Am wondering if you did get your money back or not.

Yes, it disappeared off my credit card, just as they said it would. I had no issues at check in for my flights. Hope all goes well for you.

Book my hotel and tickets through traveloka on one week holiday. Consistently bad experience. Hotel in Kuala Lumpur required deposit which was not mentioned during booking. Cash only. Arriving at midnight it took over an hour until I found ATM and check in. Hotel in Bangkok same story also not mentioned during booking. That's happened too to my husband credit card. They blocked suddenly and share to others travel online. The Supervisor was hiding and not give solutions instead ask $15 again if we want their help. Traveloka is a big Travel online Mafia !!!

“Traveloka unable to process 'foreign' credit cards”

First time attempt to use Traveloka. All good through the booking process, actually quite smooth and streamlined) but the (Visa) credit card transaction failed (multiple times). I tried a different credit card with the same result. Tried six hours later, tried next day... same result. No the transactions were approved by the bank, but were not processed by Traveloka, so no money was actually taken from my account. Good luck with getting your refund - your credit card provider should cover you.

i just about to buy flight tickets from this traveloka website. But im afraid if the things that happened to you happen to me too. Yesterday i spoke to the service representative and according to him for malaysia they only accept two method of payments which is by using credit card and maybank2u online banking. Do you think its possible to be happen the same like yours if i make the payment by using credit card? please give some advice. thanks!
