1. Made a reservation SIN/VTE via BKK 3RD 23/4/2017 on TG and return leg VTE/SIN on VN via HAN on 25/4/2017 with "Refundable" status on both legs.
2. My meeting schedule was changed so I cancelled the trip and requested for the refund. Request was confirmed approved via email on 22/4/2017.
3. 3 Emails received from Traveloka on 23/4/2017 saying no refund was payable as cancellation is higher than the refund.
4. I refuted the emails and demanded my rights to be addressed or subject themselves to a criminal complaint filed against them for misleading and deceiving users of their services.
5. I suggest all complainants get together and take them to task and uphold consumer rights.
