I was booked a Sriwijaya Air ticket from Traveloka, but accidentally I had to cancel my flight due to an urgent thing . I tried to contact Traveloka regarding this problem, and they suggest me to login in to member area and fill the refund e-form as a formal request. I followed all the instructions and give it to them, and they ensure that it would take 30 – 60 days of works. However, I got my refund more than the estimated time and no additional charge from Traveloka. Well, actually it’s Ok for me, but it would be better if Traveloka gave any update regarding my request. Overall, they provide a good service, but in my opinion they still need to improve more in the future for customer satisfaction.
