I wish I could give them zero rating or even less.
I travel all the time and I have never been so miss informed by an agency and getting the run around by anyone.
My flight was changed by 3hrs and was never told by them and also was never told that have to pay extra $25 for carry on by airline due to new changes four days prior to my resevation.
I have talked to customer serice about 2hrs in india and half of the time I was trying to inderstand what they were explaining...I can go on and on but after all they said Sorry we can't do anything about it. It end up being my problem to solve after they got my money.
