we did a reservation online we pay it 2 monthes before but no appartment was available when we arrived. we came from France with our parents 80 years old and we did not received any infomation regarding this unavailability before our coming
it was very very difficult to find rapidly an hotel for one week and 5 people
we lost a long time and more money to find it but that is not the major issue
when back, we try to get the full refund
for the end of october a lot of mails,calls witthout real answers
be carefull they have creatde a new site "byownerstay"
