I tried to booked a flight to Dubai with Travelbag and everything went through. Hours later a representative  (who was very rude and was shouting at me. He even slam the phone down at me)call and stated that the flight is not confirm and that only a certain seat is available; even though when I booked it, it confirm the seat I requested and stated that payment went through. Fortunately for me, it was a Sunday I booked (this mean payment would not reach Travelbag as banks don't process payments on Sunday) and cancelled the transaction with the bank. When I view reviews about Travelbag and refunds, I am happy this happens on a Sunday so they will not get my money. I would avoid them like the plague. A truly disgusting company.
