I used Travelbag to book a hotel for the next week. They were very quick to take my money without actually making the booking!
I tried to ring Travelbag numerous times to resolve the matter and I got no reply. I also got no reply to numerous e-mails. I had to ring another number to get any kind of response from the business. When I did get through the staff were so rude and simply did not care.
An absolutely horrendous business with ridiculous customer service. I will be reporting this further but I can not recommend enough to anyone thinking of using this service to take your money elsewhere.

Totally agree, when it hits the fan they are not interested.!!!!
