Booked holiday with Travelbag earlier this year
Communication was excellent and booking was made very quickly. Received e mails to remind us of the balance payment when due.

Slight error on our last day when it turned out that they had only booked 10 nights with the hotel when we had booked and paid for 11. This meant the hotel wanted us to check out a day too early but was sorted very quickly between hotel and Travelbag, and they replied to my e mail to confirm as well as communicating quickly with the reservations department at the hotel. This is why I still give 5 stars as mistakes happen, it the way they are corrected that matters.
Would definitely use again.
