Travelbag have ruined my last minute holiday booking, I am so angry,the telephone operator processed my booking through their system 3 times and ran up my credit card to it's limit. Communication and customer service is very poor. I am still waiting to hear from Travelbag I still dont know if my holiday is booked for the 13 October
