I found it very easy to book our family holiday online, I then had a call as my visa card address and the address id supplied on the booking didn't match so i had to contact my bank. It was quickly sorted, i then got the call back from Karen straight away to say my payment has now been authorised and everything confirmed. She was very courteous and straightforward, everything arrived in my inbox within 30 minutes. Perfect thank you!
