We thought we had booked flights to Thailand, everything went through fine then after a night of excitement got an email the next day saying that our flights hadn't been booked as they'd been unable to verify our address. Surprise surprise the flights had then gone up by £200 each. We rang them and they could not have been more unhelpful. They really didn't care at all. Would never use again.
