We had a last minute delay to our flight which would have made us miss our connecting flight and have a 24 hour wait for the only next day flight. I phoned TravelUp and they sorted out another flight with minutes left to boarding and connecting to an alternative flight at a different airport. We arrived in Japan only 1 hour late to our original due time.
Can't thank the person I dealt with enough for his exceptional effort and service.
