4 separate bookings, Booked 12 months in advance long haul scheduled business class flights. Had 3 changes notifications, some of 2 days difference, not just hours! Only able to resolve by tedious lengthy email corres as unable to get any sense by phone....if you could get through to anyone, and then expensive premium call rate. Eventually had to check airline schedule myself as didn't believe travel up scheduling changes. Definately will not use again, no confidence in their ticketing system.
