I booked flights to Bali with Travelup. The price seemed very good in comparison to other sites I'd tried. My e-tickets were sent through straight away with everything clearly set out. Part of the flight times have been changed and I was notified of this Again as soon as I sent my acceptance I received my revised e-tickets even before I received the confirmation.
I had read reviews about customers having trouble getting their tickets but that has not happened in my case. I'm not due to fly to November so I can't comment on any further experiences but given the service so far I would definitely use this company again and recommend them
