Travelup was recommended to me by a friend and I booked my flight through their website. It simple and they were clear on their terms. I requested to be merged with my family on other flights and this was obliged.
I will always recommend to friends. The only thing was not been able to speak with a representative as at when required. The email communication was prompt though and as long as you can keep tab, you will get a response.
