To begin with there was a charge for credit cards, when debit cards were used it was rejected for some reason! Is this a trap so that people will use credit cards!! When credit cards were used then there was an additional verification needed from your own bank!! And travel-up presumed that getting in contact with banks abroad would be the easiest thing (during non-working hours!!). And expects the customer to take international phone calls to the bank in order to get the verification!!! And travel-up only gives a couple of hours for this verification check to be done!!! Otherwise the booking gets cancelled!! And initially at the time of booking it is misleading when they send a message saying booking complete!! Payment complete!! If this did happen I would have opted for another agent!!! (this seems to be another trap!
