I had made this booking 2 months ago and recieved a confirmation email soon after payment. Today I was told my connecting domestic flights were cancelled by a representative from TravelUp and I would have alternative flights, after calling the airline reservation number in the country I was catching the flight from, they confirmed the flight was not cancelled.
I then sent an email to TavelUp asking for confirmation of the change. After a few minutes I received what appears to be an automated response, implying I've accepted the change to my booking and I will be issued a new itinerary.
This is the worst service I've experienced in recent years. I feel I have been lied to and cheated.
