Customer Services Travel up

Change in connecting flight time has lead to slightly longer journey, only 15 minutes so not important at all. The member of customer services who dealt with my booking was very quick to inform me of the changes, and the new eticket will be sent out quickly so have absolutely no complaints as flight times are completely out of the control of Travel up.
So far in my dealings with Travel Up, I have no complaints at all....competitively priced, excellent customer service and an easy to navigate website. Would not hesitate to use them again.
I'm a fairly experienced traveller so didn't need any extra information however my one criticism would be that the flight times in the email I received would be much quicker and easier to read if each separate flight were listed on separate lines, rather than one after the other on the same line. A small thing but would make the changes much easier to evaluate.
