Generally happy with the booking service, and this is not the first time I have booked with Travelup, but on this occasion there are a few points to note which could be improved. I received an email 14 May advising flight schedule had been changed by the airline (for flights in June/July), and could I check and confirm that I accepted the changes (connecting flights involved). I replied, saying I would accept the changes if you were able to confirm that 50 minutes (had been 80 mins before the amendment) would be adequate time to disembark one plane, and catch the connecting flight (which may be at a different terminal within the airport). The email I received back, simply said that I had agreed to the change and new e-tickets would be issued within 72 hours. There was no response to the question I had raised, so I had to phone your customer services line. They have advised that the first plane lands at T3 and the next departs from T3 so there should be more than adequate time (the terminal info was not stated on your e-ticket). I have also attempted to access the booking on the travelup website. The log-on section asks for surname and booking reference. When entering the details (as per the E-Ticket), an error message appears saying that the details are not correct, and I should ring the customer services number on the website if I have problems. Not a great experience when you are trying to resolve an issue. What should have taken me a couple of minutes, ended up taking over half and hour.
