My flights were changed from an early morning flight to even earlier by the airline, but thanks to customer service agent D.E., I not only got my flights at a later time than the changed time, but actually an afternoon flight, which was fantastic. This is especially good considering this has happened to me in the past with other companies, and I was told by them basically either take what is given, or cancel your flights and lose your money!! I will definitely recommend using travelup as a company.
