This is the second time we have booked our flights through Travel Up.

The first time in 2007 and there were no problems with the flights and we had a great holiday.

The second time was in December 2014. We had exceptional assistance from the person I dealt with.  He went beyond the call of duty, by remaining well beyond office hours to find us cheaper alternatives for our flight in the Christmas season where airlines charge exorbitant prices. The result, no problems with the flights and a great holiday was had by all.

There have been rather negative reviews about the company and initially we were worried that the company had gone downhill since 2007. But the professionalism he displayed allayed our fears.
