The member of staff I spoke to helped me so much in re-booking flights, quickly and efficently. He was very polite, and I was so grateful for his assistance. Thankfully I've been able to change flights with the same airline, and same return route from London, Heathrow to Melbourne, via Abu Dabi and back.

Very happy, and will recommend Travel up and use you again in the future.

Hi did they charge you a fee for changing your flights? I want to change my return flights and they want to charge me £200 per ticket!!!
