We thankfully found Travelup by a web search for Business flights at short notice to Tokyo.
Firstly the price was incredible when compared to Lufthansa's own site and for the same business seat at very convenient times we saved nearly 50% which was a substantial amount.

We had an issue where we had entered a DOB incorrectly and with dread called Travelup to see how badly we would be hit for a change.

Sadly, I cant remember the 1st lady's name (sorry) but she was incredibly helpful. This was followed by someone calling to advise that we would not be penalised for our mistake and again followed by email to provide the E-ticket once the change had been made.

What amazing service and courtesy we received at a fabulous price. We will use these guys for all our business travel in future.
