From the day I booked the tickets the best thing was the direct contact staff gave me. They always rang back when they said they would and within stated time frames. It was great to be able each time to talk to a person, not a machine. Our original agent was tireless in trying to accommodate all of our party who all needed slightly different flights. A subsequent agent was very reassuring and efficient in reissuing my e tickets after I had not responded to a flight change e mail (my fault!) I look forward now to my holiday and will use travel-up again.
