firstly I telephone the office to try and sort out my query, at the end of the call I did not feel I had a positive enough response therefore I felt the need to email. I have had a positive response back from my email but again I do not feel that my query has been resolved sufficiently. I would have hoped that the e-ticket originally issued would be re-issued now with the correct information and not just an email returned to me saying that meals were included in the flight.
