We booked some flights in October 13 through Travel Up for our summer holiday to Turkey in July, it's the first time we have used this company and the flights were the best value around. We are flying from Dublin to Bodrum via Istanbul.
Unfortunately Travel up had to advise us of major schedule change by Turkish Airlines to one of the legs of our journey and the new flight offered by the airline was giving us a 7 hour wait in Istanbul airport in the early hours of the morning!
I checked some Turkish Airline timetables for our journey and contacted the advisor at Travel Up with an alternative solution to our schedule change and I am happy to say that she has been able to arrange new outbound flights for us which remove the long overnight delay we would have experienced!!
Many thanks for all your help for getting our holiday of to a great start. We really appreciate all your efforts.
