Initial contact with agent on web was simple and uncomplicated. When E-Ticket received I realised my middle Name was missing,I phoned TraveiUp and received a surprisingly immediate reply. The gentleman informed me that the middle name wasn't necessary,I was happy with this until I received a second E-Ticket with a different Reference Number and Agent Name. As my travel is to the Land of the Free any undated i causes me some trepidation. I received this second e-mail Saturday night, immediately e-mailed TravelUp and had confirmation that middle name was not necessary. This information was sent to me before ten o'clock Sunday morning. I can once more relax and look forward to my trip.
It would be useful to indicate on start page either to submit all Names or a line stating only First Name and Surname are necessary also if Passport information is required. This would remove any uncertainty for the customer.
