I booked my ticket on line on a weekend, so did not expect to receive my e tickets till the Monday. They came through, but unfortunately I was unable to view the tickets, so I emailed your admin on the Monday Morning as concerned and they were sent to me on an attachment within a few hours.
Could not fault the admin.customer relations department.
I will definately be using Travel Up again when I book my next flight
