I booked flights to the USA for my family of 3. I was using a popular flight search app on my phone and it delivered TraveUp as the best option.
When I attempted to purchase my flights my credit card provider declined the transaction due to an over zealous fraud prevention department. This had NOTHING to do with TravelUp.
I sent an email to TravelUp explaining the situation regarding my payment. They phoned me back to inform me that my flights were reserved and that they had sent me a email with a web link. This link took me to a secure payment site and I paid for my flights at that point. Really easy process.
