“worst travel agency ever! ”

sold me a flight that was completely unfeasible. The flight was via NYC but into one airport and out of another with not enough time given to transfer between airports to make the connection. I was uninformed of this complication when I made the booking, only realised it later. When I tried to get the flights ammended they were extremely unhelpful, saying it was my fault for making the booking, not theirs for selling me an unreasonable connection! They wanted to charge me over 600 quid to change my flights. The salesman was rude and unhelpful. Call themselves a travel agency, they should care about their customers more. Instead they sell impractical flights, so that people have to pay them more to change the details!!! Not happy! would advise avoiding using this agency!

You would have been clearly shown the transfer information while booking.
